Bear Solar Inc. is a rapidly growing solar company, currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic and Strong Outside Solar Residential and Commercial Sales Professionals to join our team!

We offer an Attractive Commission Package.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact potential residential or commercial customers.
• Present and sell company energy services to new customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints during the install process.
• Manage your accounts to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Build your referral business through specific marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in solar sales, sales or other related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms- not required, we will train.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills- Ability to close the deal.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Compensataion Average : $100,000.00 /year - $200.000.00/year
