Customer Service Agent
In this role, you will interact on the phone with a variety of different clients in a friendly and professional manner and work to resolve each question or inquiry as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide excellent client service and convert every phone call into a satisfied client! In many cases, that means answering simple questions, other times you will determine who the best person is to answer the client’s question and help them get connected to that person. Either way, Customer Service Agents are a very important part of the tax team because they are the first and most influential contact that most clients have with H&R Block.
The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, strong communication skills, an enthusiastic and friendly disposition, a high degree of professionalism and telephone etiquette and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to providing high level client satisfaction is required.
